Training this week

Tuesday 17th - 19:30hrs – Indoor Circuits - Abingdon and Witney College Sports Hall, Abingdon, OX14 1GG

This is a real fun and challenging session, open to all levels of ability and fitness, circuits is as hard as you push yourself, of course with motivation of others. It will consist of strength, cardio and functional exercises that will complement our 3 sports. Bring along a drink and be prepared for some tough fun.

This is the final indoor circuit session for the year, so come along and have a blast before we head outside for all of our training in April.

Thursday 19th - 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure centre, OX14 3PJ

£3 payable to coaching staff on poolside (do not pay at reception)

Please come along to your usual session for a structured swim session that will improve your fitness and technique.

If you have them bring along your fins, hand paddles etc. Also bring a drink.

Saturday 21st - 08:00 at Milton Park stores OR for 09:00 At Swinley Forest car Park - MTB Trip to Swinley Forest (Bracknell - RG12 7QW)

This is a non-coached session. Open to all abilities. I will not be around to organise the group so it will be up to yourselves to get into groups.

The best fun that you can have on 2 wheels, Swinley is an organised mountain bike trail centre, it has some amazing trails to ride that are suitable for all abilities. Dust off that old Mountain bike at the back of the shed, borrow one from a friend or hire one for the bike hub at Swinley. This is a great way of improving your bike handling skills ready to get out on the road for group rides. It is also a fantastic interval session where you won't stop smiling.
