Training w/c 4 May 2015

Hi all

 

Hope you have all managed to enjoy the bank holiday weekend so far.

 

Training this week, please take note of THURSDAYS swim session:

 

Tuesday 05th May - 19:00hrs - Milton Park Stores, Run Interval session

The interval session is a fantastic way of pushing your training a little harder and increasing you run speed. It is a fun session and is suitable for ALL abilities.  Bring a drink and clothes suitable for the weather as we will be training come rain or shine.

 

Thursday 07th May  - River/Lake Swim

The pool is closed on Thursday as the Leisure Centre is being used for ballot counting.  Kate has kindly agreed to take a river swim, meeting at the Anchor pub in Abingdon at 7pm.  Comment below on Facebook or emailmisspollyweasel@gmail.com to let Kate know if you are planning on attending.

 

Some others will be heading down to the Tri20 lake in Reading for a lake swim, if you want to join up and head to the Reading lake, then please comment below on Facebook or email me so that we can arrange car sharing.  Be prepared to leave Abingdon/Didcot around 5.30pm to get there in time.  It's £5 for a swim.

 

Saturday 9th May - 09:00 - Group Bike ride, meet at Milton Park stores

Group bike ride suitable for all abilities, we are likely to split into a couple of groups.  As always we are looking for volunteers to lead these rides, you don't need to be the quickest in the group, just have a route in mind!
