Training this week

Tuesday - 19:00hrs - Run Bike Run / Junior Run Bike Run / Bike handling skills - car park behind Milton Park Stores, OX14 4RS

Come along for a real blast of exciting training that is guaranteed to improve your biking, running and Transition speed.

Senior members will be a 3.75km run / 17.5km bike / 3.75km run.

Junior members will be a 3.75km / 5km or 10km (1 or 2 loops) bike / 3.75km run.

Due to the roadworks and closures in Didcot, we won't be able to do our normal route, so for this week we will be undertaking a multiple brick session. This will really test those legs and is excellent for getting you ship shape ready for the run leg of a race.

For those that only want to do one brick session, we will also be doing bike skills/handling training. If you feel a bit wobbly on a bike, are concerned about cornering or just want to feel more confident taking a hand off the handlebars then this is for you!

Thursday - 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure centre, OX14 3PJ

£3 payable to coaching staff on poolside (do not pay at reception)

Please come along to your usual session for a structured swim session that will improve your fitness and technique.

If you have them bring along your fins, hand paddles etc. Also bring a drink.

Saturday - 09:00 for 09:15 - Road Ride Depart - Milton Park Stores, OX14 4RS

This is a non-coached session. Open to all abilities. Arrive at Milton park at 09:00hrs and organise yourselves into groups of similar ability, plan a route and go and enjoy some of the fantastic riding that we have on our doorstep. Where possible there will be different groups to cater for all abilities.
