Tuesday - 19:30hrs – Indoor Circuits - Abingdon and Witney College Sports Hall, Abingdon, OX14 1GG
This is the first of our indoor circuit sessions, real fun and challenging and open to all levels of ability and fitness, circuits is as hard as you push yourself, of course with the motivation of others. It will consist of strength, cardio and functional exercises that will complement our 3 sports. Bring along a drink and be prepared for some tough fun.
**If you aren't sure where to go, then please hang around in the carpark and look conspicuous so that a current member will see you and point you in the right direction!**
Thursday - 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure centre, OX14 3PJ
£3 payable to coaching staff on poolside (do not pay at reception)
Please come along to your usual session for a structured swim session that will improve your fitness and technique.
If you have them bring along your fins, hand paddles etc. Also bring a drink.
