Training w/c 15 Feb 2016

Good Morning All,

I hope this crisp Monday morning finds you well & full of the joys for the coming week.

Training this week consists of he following,

Monday - 19:00 - Informal Monday night run social - Tilsley Park, Abingdon

Come and join other triathletes for an informal and social run around Abingdon - there is always someone to run with and no-one will be left behind. Various routes and distances - and plenty of chatting. This is an informal session and is not coached.

Tuesday - 19:00hrs - Run Intervals - Milton Park Stores, OX14 4RS

Intervals are a very effective way of improving your run speed, this is a fun session using areas of the park for a run session that is suitable for all abilities.

Bring along a drink and dress appropriately for the weather.

Thursday - 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure centre, OX14 3PJ

£3 payable to coaching staff on poolside (do not pay at reception)

Please come along to your usual session for a structured swim session that will improve your fitness and technique.

If you have them bring along your fins, hand paddles etc. Also bring a drink.

Sunday - 10:00-11:00 / 11:00-12:00 - Bike Skills Session - Milton Park Stores, OX14 4RS

Mike & I will be delivering 2 sessions at Milton Park, please come along and join us, the sessions will be suitable for all. As the weather improves and we can put away the turbo's and get out onto the open roads. Join Mike and I to build your confidence and improve your riding. We'll look and mounting, dismounting, cornering, braking and group riding. This is final part of our level 2 coaching qualification so please join us for a fun Sunday morning.
