Good Morning Team,

 

Firstly a massive thank-you to all of you that have attended the sessions Mike and I ran as part of out Level 2 qualification. Your feedback and form filling is appreciated. Just an exam to pass now!. 

 

And so to training this week.......

 

Monday - 19:00 - Informal Monday night run social - Tilsley Park, Abingdon

Come and join other triathletes for an informal and social run around Abingdon - there is always someone to run with and no-one will be left behind.  Various routes and distances - and plenty of chatting.  This is an informal session and is not coached.

 

Tuesday - 19:30hrs - Indoor Spin - Park Club Gym, Milton, OX14 4RS Meet in the reception area 5 minutes before.

Always a fun session, using indoor spin bikes. Based to music this popular class is a great way to improve your cycling fitness without having to go out in the cold and wet. The class is as hard as you want to make it as the bikes have adjustable resistance that you can set to your own required effort level. Be sure to bring a big drink and a towel. The pedals on the bikes are suitable for Trainers or they are compatible with Shimano SPD system (mountain bike cleat).

 

Thursday - 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure centre, OX14 3PJ

£3 payable to coaching staff on poolside (do not pay at reception)

Please come along to your usual session for a structured swim session that will improve your fitness and technique.

If you have them bring along your fins, hand paddles etc. Also bring a drink.
