Good Morning Team,

Monday - 19:00 - Informal Monday night run social - Tilsley Park, Abingdon

Come and join other triathletes for an informal and social run around Abingdon - there is always someone to run with and no-one will be left behind. Various routes and distances - and plenty of chatting. This is an informal session and is not coached.

Tuesday - 19:00 - Track Running - Tilsley Park Sports Facility, Abingdon, OX14 1PU

The most effective way of improving your running speed and technique.The session will be suitable for all abilities so if you have not been to the track before, come along and quash those apprehensions, you will work hard, you will improve your running and you will have fun.Dress appropriately for the weather, with the track sessions layers are best as you will warm up.Also bring along a drink and a method of timing yourself if you have it.

Thursday - 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure centre, OX14 3PJ £3 payable to coaching staff on poolside (do not pay at reception)

Please come along to your usual session for a structured swim session that will improve your fitness and technique.If you have them bring along your fins, hand paddles etc. Also bring a drink.

Saturday - 09:00 - Bike Handling - Milton park (behind the stores) OX14 4RS

This session will give you a chance to work on your basic bike handling skills. It will aim to help build your confidence at staying in control on the bike. Please bring your cycling stuff, some layers to keep warm, and a drink.
