Monday - 19.00 - Swim/Run Training - Berinsfield Lake, Berinsfield
Whilst this is not a coached session, it will help develop your swimming and running endurance, technique and confidence. There is no standard route but the idea is to swim in groups, practice a bit of transition skills and then run the off road route around the lake. Do as little or as much as you would like and no-one gets left behind.
Come along for a real blast of exciting training that is guaranteed to improve your running speed.
For the session you will need to bring: Run equipment and a drink - please dress appropriately for the weather!
Don't forget that next Tuesday we are running the club duathlon at the Barracks; this could be the last opportunity you have to get some structured running in the bank before showing your club mates how much you have progressed.
Thursday- 19:00-20:00 / 20:00-21:00hrs - Pool Swim - Abingdon White Horse Leisure Centre, OX14 3PJ
There is no formal swim session this week, but there are many members who are keen on an informal river swim. Keep your eye on Facebook for the details, or email email@example.com for the final details. For those that don't fancy a swim, an evening bike ride has also been discussed. Again, keep your eye on Facebook for more details. Don't forget that when we resume swim training next week, it will be at 8pm sharp in Radley pool.
