Training

Monday - 19.00 - Swim/Run Training - Berinsfield Lake, Berinsfield

Whilst this is not a coached session, it will help develop your swimming and running endurance, technique and confidence. There is no standard route but the idea is to swim in groups, practice a bit of transition skills and then run the off road route around the lake. Do as little or as much as you would like and no-one gets left behind.

Tuesday - 19:00 - Club Duathlon - Dalton Barracks, OX13 6JB

Come along for a fun evening:Seniors will be completing: 3k run - 10k bike - 3k runJuniors will be completing 1.5k run - 6.8k bike - 1.5k runPlease arrive ready to start at 7pm sharp and it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are - bring your bike, helmet, bike shoes (if used) and run shoes.

Thursday - 20:00 - 21:00, Radley Leisure Centre, Radley School.

Our new venue for a few weeks whilst the White Horse Leisure Centre pool is being refurbished. We have the whole pool to ourselves but will be restricted to exactly an hour, so please make sure that you are changed and ready on poolside for 8pm sharp with your £3.As our equipment is still in Abingdon, if you do have fins, paddles or pull buoys, then please bring these with you along with a drink.
