Monday - 19.00 - Swim/Run Training - Berinsfield Lake, Berinsfield
Whilst this is not a coached session, it will help develop your swimming and running endurance, technique and confidence. There is no standard route but the idea is to swim in groups, practice a bit of transition skills and then run the off road route around the lake. Do as little or as much as you would like and no-one gets left behind.
Tuesday - 19:00 - Track Session - Tilsley Park, Abingdon
Please don't be intimidated by the track! The sessions are designed to cater for ALL abilities and the coaches provide plenty of enthusiasm and encouragement. Track running and interval sessions are THE best way to improve your running speed and technique....so if you are chasing that elusive PB, then you'd best turn up! Please dress appropriately for the weather, layers are best as you will get warm - don't forget a drink. The track costs £4.20 payable at reception.
Thursday - 20:00 - 21:00, Radley Leisure Centre, Radley School.
Our new venue for a few weeks whilst the White Horse Leisure Centre pool is being refurbished. We have the whole pool to ourselves but will be restricted to exactly an hour, so please make sure that you are changed and ready on poolside for 8pm sharp with your £3.As our equipment is still in Abingdon, if you do have fins, paddles or pull buoys, then please bring these with you along with a drink.
