Monday - 19.00 - Swim/Run Training - Berinsfield Lake, Berinsfield
Whilst this is not a coached session, it will help develop your swimming and running endurance, technique and confidence. There is no standard route but the idea is to swim in groups, practice a bit of transition skills and then run the off road route around the lake. Do as little or as much as you would like and no-one gets left behind.

Interval running really is the best way to improve your run speed and technique. This session is suitable to all abilities so if you want to improve your running, then this is the session for you. Meet at the entrance to the Airfield around 6:50pm, ready to start the session at 7pm. This week we also have a guest coach! If you fancy experiencing a new take on interval sessions, then come along.
