Monday - 19.00 - Swim/Run Training - Berinsfield Lake, Berinsfield
Whilst this is not a coached session, it will help develop your swimming and running endurance, technique and confidence. There is no standard route but the idea is to swim in groups, practice a bit of transition skills and then run the off road route around the lake. Do as little or as much as you would like and no-one gets left behind.
Tuesday - 19:00 - Track Running - Tilsley Park Sports Facility, Abingdon, OX14 1PU The most effective way of improving your running speed and technique. The session will be suitable for all abilities so if you have not been to the track before, come along and quash those apprehensions, you will work hard, you will improve your running and you will have fun. Dress appropriately for the weather, with the track sessions layers are best as you will warm up. Also bring along a drink and a method of timing yourself if you have it.
Thursday - 20:00 - 21:00, Radley Leisure Centre, Radley School.
**This session will be a technique session and will focus on tumble turns towards the end**
Our new venue for a few weeks whilst the White Horse Leisure Centre pool is being refurbished. We have the whole pool to ourselves but will be restricted to exactly an hour, so please make sure that you are changed and ready on poolside for 8pm sharp with your £3.As our equipment is still in Abingdon, if you do have fins, paddles or pull buoys, then please bring these with you along with a drink.
