Welcome to this weeks newsletter - we hope you have been enjoying the sunshine today! Monday - 19.00 - Swim/Run Training - Berinsfield Lake, Berinsfield

Whilst this is not a coached session, it will help develop your swimming and running endurance, technique and confidence. There is no standard route but the idea is to swim in groups, practice a bit of transition skills and then run the off road route around the lake. Do as little or as much as you would like and no-one gets left behind.

Tuesday - 19:00hrs - Run intervals - Dalton Barracks, OX13 6JB

Come along for a real blast of exciting training that is guaranteed to improve your running speed.

For the session you will need to bring: Run equipment and a drink - please dress appropriately for the weather!

Thursday - 20:00 - 21:00, Radley Leisure Centre, Radley School

This will be the last of our sessions at Radley before we have a week in the river next week and then back to White Horse Tennis and Leisure Centre. For this week we will be having an open water specific session, so if you want to bring your wetsuits to swim in, then please do (if you don't have a wetsuit, then don't worry, it won't make any difference).
