TAKE3 was founded by British Triathlon (& AVTC) coach Dr Mark Harvey and offers athletes a unique opportunity to experience the benefits of high quality SWIM, BIKE and/or RUN analysis under one roof. Mark is also a fully certified Retül bike fitting technician, which combined with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, allows an analytical mind and practical nous to provide solutions to problems people struggle to resolve.

Tri Training Harder
The team at Tri Training Harder strive to deliver world class coaching and training plans to aspiring triathletes of all ages and abilities.
